Please find enclosed the Agenda proposal for our next telephone conference. 

With this agenda I am sending following documents as a preparation for work:

• TBD-ReportV5-tasks derived from Review of Latin LGR Proposal V5 ( IP-Annotated-04)
• TBD-ReportV5-VariantAnalysis tasks derived from Review of Latin LGR Proposal V5 ( IP-Annotated-04)
• Document named IP-ICANN-LGP-Proposal-V5-IP-Annotated-04 which consists of
• original document sent by Sarmad on on November the 14^th,  with Subj: [Latingp] Review of Latin LGR Proposal V5 ( IP-Annotated-04) and
• changes to Appendix D made by Meikal and uploaded to Goole Docs on 2019-10-29 which I had inserted in the upper document. These changes should be checked for consistency with Meikal’s original document

These documents will help us to divide tasks between GP members, and decide which of these tasks could be finalized for 2019-12-05 version of the Report that should be sent to IP for an unofficial review.

Any comments are welcome.

AGENDA for the GP call on November the 28th 2019, 16:00UTC

1. Roll call
2. Proposal for change the tool for editing Report:
   We need to change the tool for editing the Report because Google Docs is not reliable platform for editing large documents. Last time it messed formatting a lot. During ICANN66 IP suggested that we can use MS WORD for this purpose. There is a possibility in MS WORD to merge different copies of the same document to get one integral copy with all changes.
   
   So I am proposing the following approach:
   
   EVERY GP MEMBER WHO HAS TO ADD OR CHANGE PARTS OF REPORT SHOULD START WITH IP-ICANN-LGP-Proposal-V5-IP-Annotated-04 sent in this e-mail
   DO NOT CHANGE  TRACKS CHANGES SETTINGS, SHOULD STAY ON.
   
   GP member who is editing the document should save it with same name adding his initials at the beginning of file name. (Example: MT-ICANN-LGP-Proposal-V5-IP-Annotated-04.docx), and send it to the mailing list.
3. Review of proposed tasks for finalization of the REPORT version 2019-12-05
• TBD-ReportV5-tasks (20 items)
• TBD-ReportV5-VariantAnalysis (15 items)
• Document is 204 pages, should we make two documents Report and Appendicies?
4. Status od additional In-script variant analysis homework using document IP-ICANN-LGP-Proposal-V5-IP-Annotated-04 sent in this e-mail
• Using wordmark.it 
• Using Bill’s excel table (missing rating from HH and MM)
• Template for section on in-script variants
