Dear All,
As suggestions:
- Email can be forwarded to the various email lists related to IDNs maintained by ICANN (any Latin GP member can post or I can
do it on behalf of Latin GP). These include VIP@icann.org,
lgr@icann.org.
- Individual members could also post the message to relevant local/regional email groups or forward to relevant individuals
– Latin GP could discuss this further
Regards,
Sarmad

This looks fine, but to whom will the message be sent? And how?
Yours,

Dear GP members,
Please comment the following proposal for the Letter to community asking for unofficial public comment about Principles.
I want to thank Sarmad for draft version of this letter.
Please submit your comments till the end of Tuesday, September the 12th.
Regards Mirjana
The Latin GP has drafted its guiding principles to determine the code point repertoire for inclusion in the root zone LGR proposal and to determine the variant code points. The principles are
being posted for public comments to allow the GP members to get feedback from the language and technical communities as the GP undertakes the tasks of repertoire and variant code point analysis. Based on the feedback, the Latin script GP will finalize the
principles to guide its work.
Please review the following documents and send feedback to LatinGP@icann.org by <dateTBD>
- Principles for Inclusion and Exclusion of Code points for Latin Script Root Zone LGR <linkTBD>
- Principles for variants for Latin Script Root Zone LGR <linkTBD>
We look forward to your comments.
