Please find attached an early view of the latest version of the panel formation proposal. I shall put it in the wiki with an agenda for our next meeting (March 1 at UTC 17:00) by early next week.

It should include all edits we agreed during our last meeting. Note especially those suggested by Mirjana and a first draft version of the section on American indigenous languages.

Your corrections and additions are welcome, as usual.
