Dear All,

I am pleased to welcome Mats Dufberg, who is the DNS specialist at the Internet Foundation of Sweden (IIS), to the Latin GP.  Mats comes with a background in linguistics and with extensive experience of working with IDN tables or LGRs at the second level.  I would request Mats to introduce himself in a bit more detail.
