Dear Latin GP members,

Please find attached the slightly updated files as we spotted some further edits before releasing them for the public comment proceeding.

1. The Unicode tag version in XML is updated from 6.3.0 to 11.0.0 as per MSR-5.
2. The variant sets in the test label files has been reorganized to match the 50 sets of the set in HTML.

These files are also updated in the OneDrive.

As finalized during the call on 9 September 2021, the Latin script RZ-LGR package is updated to version 7.1, dated 23 September 2021 (the public comment proceeding open date).  Please find attached the package to be published for the public comment proceeding.
