I confirm that chrome is the best solution.
Sarmad opened a session today so that I could try again.
I first used mozilla and got the same problem as yesterday.
I then used Chrome and all went well.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I identified the issue in my browser, as I managed to reconnect through Chrome, without any difficulty, however, call was almost over at that time.
