Dear Mirjana, Latin GP members,

We are pleased to let you know that the Latin GP formation proposal is clear to proceed.  ICANN will announce the seating of the Latin GP on Monday 15 May, 2017 (draft announcement attached).

We would also be releasing the final version of the proposal by the Latin GP, based on the version shared earlier (with one missing member’s name added) and as attached. 

In case there are any suggested changes, please let us know by the end of this week.

We thank you for the significant effort you are putting into the Latin GP work and look forward to supporting you through this work.
