New version of panel formation proposal and notes from yesterday's meeting
Dear colleagues, Please find attached a version of the draft panel formation proposal that should include all the edits we agreed yesterday. Please find notes from the meeting here: https://community.icann.org/display/croscomlgrprocedure/26+April+2016 I think it makes sense to extend the deadlines for final comments before submission from this Friday to UTC 23:59 next Wednesday, May 4.
