We are going to propose a draft text for discussion on the mailing list before presenting to the space session in Kobe the consensus text or the different options emerging from the discussion.
Please can you let us know what do you think of this proposal?

We highly appreciate the momentum that the ME Space is gaining and we would like to see more names and more proposed topics.
