i would like to comment on the  Draft Middle East and Adjoining Countries Strategy document



section 5.2 domain name market place metrics should include:

1- the metrics should reflect the number of domain names registered in the Middle East
2- the metrics should reflect the number of IDN Arabic domains names registered globally
3- the metrics should reflect the number of IDN Arabic  domain names registered in the Middle East
4- the metrics should reflect the number of domain names disputes in the middle east
5- the metrics should reflect the number of IDN Arabic TLDs in the first and second round.

Section 5.3  ICANNs roles metrics section should include

1- evaluation of social media comments and press comments on ICANNs role. This is key as the current impression of icann role should be monitored and improved
regularly .
2- comments on ICANNs and press releases related to ICANN coming out from Telecom regulatory authorities and government bodies
