Hello I'm from Turkey studying at İstanbul University Faculty of Law. I was in ICANN63 Readout Session in Bilgi with my school club IT Law. I have just registered Dubai meeting at 20-21 February. But i have questions for you. My english is not qualified enough, i do understand sentences or speech but my speech is not very good. Is this a problem?
