I trust this finds you well, and Ramadan Mubarak to those who observe this holy fasting month.

We have a call tomorrow; Monday 3 March, and a meeting invite has been sent for that call.

During the call, we will discuss 3 items:

1. The amendments made to the draft FY26-FY30 ICANN Strategic Plan, and the final plan. The document at https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/draft-strategic-plan-revision-overview-19feb25-en.pdf shows the changes introduced towards developing the final ICANN Strategic Plan.

2. Our collaborative document at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gL-D_CrcPX1-K2Vja-cZn4A6HzbR2y3GncNzH4i6n50/edit?gid=0#gid=0 has some input under “Proposed Regional Activities”, and a new column by the name of “Desired Outcomes” has been added, too. This is based on our internal work.

Please have a look at the Activities and Desired Outcomes prior to the call so that we can have a good discussion around it.

3. I have responded to the comments/input made by some of you. I thank you for those valuable comments/input. Please have a look at the responses added, and let us discuss during our call; if any.
