Dear ME Space community,

The ME Space will hold its session at ICANN 70 due to take place virtually from 22 to 25 March 2021.

Therefore, we propose the following timeline for a good preparation of the session:
15/2    Call for topics (7 days)
22/2    Selection of the topic (1 day)
23/2    Call for volunteers for the drafting team (6 days)
01/3    Drafting team formation & starting of the statement drafting (7 days)
08/3    First draft put for comments (7 days)
15/3    Drafting the updated statement according to the comments received (3 days)
18/3    posting of the final draft that will be discussed in the ME Space session at ICANN 70

As a first step, we are pleased to ask you to propose topics that you find appropriate to be addressed. The proposed topics should be hot topics in ICANN that give us the opportunity to give the opinion of our region thereupon.

Please give your proposals as soon as possible and not later than 21 February 2021 at 23:59 UTC.
