Thank you Tijani for your updates. It is better that you put the edits on the word document as I do not have the right to accept on the google document. Zakir has made some edits that I was going to add to the original, but could not accept through the google document.

I used the red color for text that I propose to remove, blue for text I propose to add and Green  for my comment.
