Due to the short time given to the drafting team to comment on this very important report, to give them the opportunity to provide excellent comments, and to avoid a week-end day for our virtual meeting, I propose to update our timeline in the following way:

16 July                 Closing of the Preparation of the First draft period

17-22 July             Comment period

23-26 July             Preparation of the last draft

27 July                    Virtual meeting to discuss the last draft, modify it if necessary and adopt it

28-29 July             Preparation of the final Statement

29-30 July             Send the statement to the public comment platform, the Board and the WG

16 July 2020 at 07:00-08:00 UTC

During the webinar, the ATRT3 will present an overview of the recommendations in its Final Report and answer questions. Details on how to attend are available at the page here
