Not that i'm aware of as I don't have experience in neither, but being search engines having their own IDN TLDs I think they would treat IDNs the same way they treat non-IDN domains, but worth researching, if you find anything during your research please enlighten us with the info :)

Search engines (Google at least) doesn't care about the domain or TLD when it comes to page ranks because it looks to other factors such as back links that improves Page Ranks which improves listing.
