Over the course of this 10-month journey, participating CSOs will: ✅ Deepen their understanding of internet governance, cybersecurity, AI, and digital standards ✅ Develop negotiation and diplomacy skills to engage effectively in multistakeholder spaces ✅ Access expert Helpdesk support tailored to their advocacy and participation needs ✅ Have a chance to join a study visit to Geneva, the global hub of multilateral diplomacy Programme tracks: 1️⃣ Technical Knowledge Track (Dec 2025 – Mar 2026) 2️⃣ Diplomatic Skills Track (Apr – May 2026) 3️⃣ Ongoing Helpdesk Support Who can apply: We welcome CSOs from around the world, especially from the Global South, that are committed to human rights, inclusion, and sustainable digital development. Fees and scholarships: The programme is funded by the European Union, and developed and delivered by DiploFoundation. Full scholarships will be awarded to the selected participants.
