For those who work on bringing more transparency and accountability to the DNS space and in general defend the open and free Internet, allow me to tell you why Extended DNS Errors is of importance: if the domain is blocked due to censorship, it will tell you that it has been censored which means blocked by a court order or (as it happens most of the time) just an informal opaque request from some “authority”. So it is indeed a very important initiative you can also understand and measure copyright overreach and speech violations.
