Dear Myanmar GP members,

As discussed during the call on Wednesday, we agreed to finalize the WLE and cut off the first draft of the proposal. I have exported the Google Doc into the word document as attached. It is version 1.0, dated 5 October 2018.

In the interest of time, we should summit the proposal to the IP by this week to give them enough time to review and response before ICANN 63. So the feedback/issues could be discussed during the face to face meeting.

Action Item:

1. Do not continue editing on the Google doc, kindly use the ‘Suggest’ options. As we have an offline version as the latest one.
2. Kindly have the final look at the attached document and provide your comments/feedback by end-of-day Friday, (5pm YGN time).  Then we will take this version forward to the IP.
