Kindly find attached the Myanmar LGR Proposal version 1.3 dated 9 October 2018.

Since the previously shared version 1.1, there were some editorial changed to version 1.2 by ICANN team, and some additional explanation added by Thin Zar. This is the current version and this will be shared with the IP.
