Hello, sis Pitinan and all

I've filled up the test label template for all 14 rules. 
While checking the examples and passed/failed cases, there are a few rule amendments made. 

The updates in WLE rules are 

#5. (C+K) or (C2 + S16) or (C3+S17) must follow

  • C or M or (S1 to S10) or DV or OV (Section 3.3.5.1)

  • S12, S14, S15, S_Pao, S_Sh3

Note: K must follow C, S16 must follow C2, S17 must follow C3

#11. Pao_Tone must follow DV or K or S12, S13, S14, S15, S_Pao (Section 3.3.5)

#12. ST4 must follow U+1031, U+1032, S12, S14, S15 (Section 3.3.5)

(If there are any zero-width characters in the list, it's okay to remove them before testing. Just to avoid invalid results caused by zw.)

I've reviewed the proposal in the word document. There is only one minor issue for appearance of "ၛ" U+105B (Myanmar Letter Mon Jha) . Correction is done in Table A-1: In-script confusable code points. It looks great now. Thank you for helping us through the process.
