Dear Greg,

I respectfully propose that Eduardo Díaz, the runner-up, replace Glenn McKnight as the NARALO Delegate to the NomCom. During the nomination process, these were the only two individuals who expressed genuine interest in serving on the NomCom. Both participated in a public process where they presented their reasons, followed by a voting procedure.
