Geoff H. did a fantastic presentation, which was a capsule history of telecom governance, during the Pulse session at APRICOT earlier in the year, on which i think this piece is based. Unfortunately the Zoom feed broke down entirely, but I have obtained a back up recording, and will edit and post shortly.
