Further to the Action Item from the last NARALO monthly call held on Monday 14 December 2015, please complete the attached Doodle poll with your general availability (and NOT specific to February) to confirm whether the current time is the most suitable or whether later in the day would be preferable.

Reminder – Action Item:

1. Gisella Gruber  to work with Glenn McKnight and will send a doodle poll to ask members if  they  would like to hold the monthly  call at  23 UTC and 20 UTC.  

After consulting with the Chair, Glenn McKnight, I have added additional time slots ranging from the current time – 20:00 UTC (3pm EST) to 00:00 UTC (7pm EST).

This Doodle poll will close on Friday 8 January 2016 at 18:00 UTC – the outcome of this Doodle poll will be discussed on the NARALO monthly call on Monday 11 January at 20:00 UTC under agenda item 2.0: Doodle  results  from January 4th, 2016 on Time Choices for Meeting.
