On yesterday's call for the ATLARGE O and E here is some of the talking points

Leadership Daniel Nanghaka <daniel.nanghaka@isoc.ug> has been appointed as the new chair
Kudos to Dev Anand Teelucksingh for his fantastic work as the former chair
Presentations by Benedetta and Mary Wong on the ICANN proposals by the community. 17 submissions are funded, CROP is partially cut but we still need clarity on what is an eligible trip, The Discretionary funding is expanded per RALO to $4000 per RALO
Global Indigenous Fellowship has been cut
Outreach at the ICANN Panama will include an active day on Tuesday including the NCUC and Atlarge session in the morning and the LACRALO mid day event
No face to face meeting will be held in Panama

The NARALO Outreach and Engagement Draft Agenda is a google doc and we need clarity from ICANN staff on the number of CROP trips, types, duration etc. Thanks to Alfredo and Judith for you comments.
