Hi William,The south school of internet governance is in its tenth year. It was an open call, but went out months ago. Scholarships flight and hotel were given to people from Latin America. People from the us and Canada who applied were given free registration. However, all had to fill out an application and get chosen. Call for participation went out in January and FebruaryBest,Great. Thanks for letting us know. Was this an open opportunity or limited to a select few?
