As many of you may know, the ICANN Bylaws call for a regular external review of ICANN groups. Experience with these reviews has been mixed and ICANN is currently in the process of replacing these external reviews with an internal Continuous Improvement Program (CIP).

As discussed several months ago during a NARALO Monthly Meeting, NARALO is participating in the design on this CIP. A group of volunteers led my me and Bill Jouris have put together a set of responses to questions related to the CIP Principles (which were discussed during that meeting).
