I am in the midterm of my 2019-2020 Nomcom and this is an unique volunteer position since the post is best suited by a two year stint. The first year is a learning year and the second is more productive and you step up to volunteer on special committees. 

This year has been very challenging given no face to face meetings and a huge workload online with a very large number of applications.  Regardless I am willing and able to serve for another year.
