I would like to nominate Bibi Rookayya Gulmahamed for NARALO secretariat from the smallest province in Canada Prince Edward Island and is bilingual in French and a member of ISOC Quebec, board member with IGF Youth Canada and a very important member of the NARALO Universal Acceptance day in Spanish, French and English on April 4th.

She has great people and organizational skills and is a two time fellow with ICANN.
