One thing to note is the lessons learned folder from the Non-Public WHOIS Data call this morning, is that the Mic's on Webex do not automatically mute and are apparently not as intuitive to mute as on Zoom (could be chalked up to less familiarity. This created more problems than normal, especially at the beginning of the call.
While not as good as Zoom, Webex will still be a significant step up from Connect in terms of stability and call quality. Thanks to whomever is involved in this switch.
