I did not have Internet Access during Monday's call so I was not able to send all the link to the Google Doc containing the current draft of the Rules and Procedures that Mario Aleman of staff had uploaded to Google Drive in early June. For those outside the committee who want to view and comment on the draft, here is the link to it https://tinyurl.com/ycv5fgb5.  I have changed the settings and so everyone with the link can comment on it, you just cannot edit the document.
