Right now, Clause 6.5 of the MOU reads:

6.5 Placeholder for public benefit statement, e.g., "This agreement is made for the benefit of the Internet-using public in the North American Region." as per Minutes Apr. 27.  

I can’t for the life of me remember this discussion but, maybe the interested party/ies could draft up some wording for this?  Or should it be dropped?
