Hi Glenn,
The registration link is for the Canada Yourh IGF which I’m organizing with my nonprofit, Youth IGF Canada. (Your email said IGF USA.)
Looking forward to meeting and I would extend the invitation to others while we still have tickets available. Joe Catapano will also be there in person to talk about ICANN with youth. Our keynote is also the Minister of Justice to discuss the proposed Online Harms Act (programme:
https://www.youthigfcanada.ca/canada-youth-igf-programme/) To note, this will be Canada’s first ever Youth IGF which we’re incredibly proud in hosting!
And yes, we’ve been heavily promoting the NextGen program on
our social media and newsletter because our nonprofit’s mission is to ensure Canadian youth have access to all Internet governance opportunities. We also promoted ARIN fellowships and will be promoting Internet Society opportunities for the Youth Ambassadors and Early Career Fellows calls. If anyone has other opportunities to promote to Canadian youth, please send them my way as we’re conglomerating a database for these youth to know when opportunities open/close, eligibility restrictions, etc.
All the best,
Dana Cramer
Hi Folks
I am going to attend in person the IGF Youth and Louis and Rookayya will be there too. They are suddenly interested in the ICANN NEXTGEN so its a good opportunity to promote NARALO as well.
