- 4. A non-Umbrella Organisation should be:
- a. largely, or entirely, composed of individuals and governed
entirely by them,
- b. focused on the interests of the individual Internet user, and;
- c. a not-for-profit entity and/or not a governmental department,
agency or affiliate.
On re-reading this, the "and/or" may be poorly worded
allowing a loophole - a for profit which is not a gov't dept perhaps
meets the second part of the "or". Probably needs to be broken
down into two points, but need to verify what problem the "or"
was trying to fix.
