As a community member and working closely with Kathleen it is my pleasure to support her nomination to the ALAC position.

Her recent experiences within ICANN and her support on the UA activity recently held, and her professionalism when working in a group setting will be a great asset to our Community.

Regards,

I want to nominate Kathleen Scoggin for the ALAC position. Kathleen is relatively new to NARALO but has been involved with the ICANN fellows for nearly a year, gaining a solid understanding of DNS and ICANN's workings. She's actively participated in the North American School of Internet Governance (NASIG) in various capacities, from speaking to moderating, and has contributed to shaping their programs. Her involvement there demonstrates her grasp of Internet Governance and the key issues it faces.

Kathleen has also engaged in policy-related work through the Tech, Law, and Security Program at the American University Washington College of Law, and she recently helped moderate a webinar on Universal Acceptance hosted by the American University. She's a young woman with fresh ideas and insights that could greatly benefit our ALAC work.
