Interesting results that point to various interesting ideas.  The fact that North America individuals can apply will rejuvenate our region participation in key positions within ICANN. The greatest impact is that allowing NorthAmerican individuals apply for fellowships will increase effective participation in local and regional initiatives.

I do like the format of the survey, which is something that we RALOs could consider as an annual exercise to gather data (metrics) on effectiveness and efficiency of resources and activities done or sponsored.
