Creating
a simple
communication
channel

promised, this
is the first
edition of the
NARALO
newsletter. The
purpose here
is to keep
everyone
abreast of
individual
ALSs updates
and to provide
another
channel of
communications
that goes
beyond our
monthly
conference
calls, emails,
and Skype
chats. My
intention is
to publish
this every month.
Please
send me any
images, brief
updates, or
event
information
(past,
present, or
future) that
you would like
featured in
this,
your newsletter.
Updates should
be kept down
to two or
three lines.
For event
information
please send me
the pertinent
event details
or point me to
a calendar so
that I can
pull it from
there.

cooperation
agreement.

advance the
professional

| ALAC Submits
Comments on
the Final
Proposal of
the
CWG-Stewardship |
| After weeks of discussion and
countless
hours of
drafting, the
ALAC submitted
its comments
on the Final
Proposal of
the
CWG-Stewardship.
Alan
Greenberg,
ALAC Chair
noted that the
comments were
the result of
"extensive
consultation
within
At-Large and
the Ad Hoc
group (At-Large Ad-hoc WG on the Transition of US Government
Stewardship of
the IANA
Function)
formed to
support the
CWG initiative
as well as
that of the
CCWG-Accountability. |
