Recently we  were informed that the CROP program  guidelines have been refined and we have a reduction of the trips from 5 to 3 trips with the added proviso that the trips must be focused on policy vs the prior Outreach and Engagement.

Important to note that we have $4000 for local discretionary funding provided for  activities ie  Readouts, Arin on the Road and other  local activites.

The due date is September of this proposal.   We will seeking a discussion with Chris and Joe to harmonizes our  plans with the GSE
