Indeed, we should assemble recommended & required readings. Network Neutrality has been a longstanding effort among groups I work closely with, and there are many subtleties and more to the point many fronts on which we must be attentive to policymaking on the issue, not just at ICANN.
How might we be more coordinated in our effort to educate the public and our constituents on the issues we take up?
How might we better organize and maintain recommended readings by topic?
