During ICANN 73, on March 08, 2022, @ 16:30, panelists Tom Barrett (encirca.com) and Jeff Neuman (jjnsolutions.com) will present an overview of NFTs and decentralized domain names and discuss the implications for end-users, internet security, and stability, and ICANN.

Synopsis: "The emergence of Blockchain technology has spawned countless DNS variants along with new top-level domain namespaces and alternative roots. All of this activity is happening outside of ICANN's oversight and regulatory framework. How does this impact the Internet, and what role should ICANN have vis-a-vis these decentralized domain names?"

These questions and more will be discussed during our next NARALO Call. Glenn Mcknight, NARALO secretary, will moderate the discusion.
