We hear from staff  only today that the cut off dates  for the  NARALO-ALAC substitute will be this coming Friday July 21st. This gives  the selection committee a week to review all the applications and make a decision to staff before  July 28th.  Staff  needs to let  CT this information so they can arrange proper communication with the designate.

The selection committee consists of three  NARALO members who will discuss the merits of all the applications. We have six names in the running as of today.    We will be announcing the substitute and the alternative just in case the primary choice doesn't make it.
