Hello William:

I am just reading email for the first time since yesterday and I am completely surprised at the escalation that this has taken.  As one of the 2018 ICANN NOMCOM delegate,  I can say that we have put much effort in outreach in as much as we could.  My reminder email to inform the community was such added effort. 

Your questions below, focus on the NARALO process, meeting agenda and how as a community you may need to better it that's all.

In any case, I will need to share this with the ICANN NOMCOM Chair and team since if you are going to the Ombudsman it is a serious issue for you that is beyond this discussion.

I think it was tabled multiple times.

I'm not sure if you can, legally, call a shareholder's meeting with 5 minutes warning. What do the bylaws say about notice?
