This to inform our membership that David Mackey (unaffiliate) and Judith Hellerstein (ALS) have been appointed as members to the recently created Unaffiliated Individuals Mobilization Working Party (UIM-WP). Members in this group participate on all consensus calls when required. Jonathan Zuck, Bill Jouris and myself will be participants in the same group. Participants can engage in the discussions but are not considered during consensu calls.

As you may know, the UIM-WP will make a recommendation to the ALAC on what needs to be done to allow the full implementation of changes in support of unaffiliated individuals' participation in At-Large in accordance with the plans proposed under Issue #2 of the At-Large Organizational Review as approved by the ICANN Board of Directors on 23 June 2018 [icann.org]and 27 January 2019 [icann.org].
