Today Monday January 25 2016 the  Internet Education Foundation (IEF) will host the 12th Annual State of the Net Conference at the Newseum in Washington DC. A somewhat weather-decimated program still includes keynotes from  Assistant Attorney General Leslie Caldwell, FTC Commissioner Terrell McSweeny, and Access Now U.S. Policy Manager Amie Stepanovich.
