Here is the info that I’ve collected so far re: LA.  It looks like fodder for the start of a wiki.... hint hint.  If you see any errors in my fact gathering, please make corrections. And of course, add your name to activities you are interested in helping out with.  

People who are interested in coordinitating activities in LA:  Robert,  Michael, Eduardo, Gareth, Bret, Dharma, and Beau. 

People who are NOT attending for sure:   Sylvia Caras,

Randy is hoping someone else from his group will be able to attend.  

People who would go if they were subsidized:

1.  A public information meeting like the one in Toronto.

2. Fundraiser sponsored by NA-RALO

3 .  Planning for global RALO meeting.

4. Mapping channels for Public Participation in Internet Governance- workshop leading to freely available public documentation.
