I hope all those individuals and ALS get their ballots in time.  Its a holiday today in Canada(Ontario) and it leaves very few days for those individuals to gain access to the survey.   Lets hope that everyone gets the opportunity to vote

Individual have their own ballots. They say individual on them.  They vote for the 2 positions and then the results are sent to Alan Greenberg the voting Delegate for individual members and he (Alan) cast the vote in the main election on behalf of the individual users.

Yes.  I am still hearing reports of people not getting the survey ballot for ALAC.  Please if you have not gotten it, do write to Staff@atlarge.icann.org and let them know and they will make sure you get your ballot in time to vote.  The ALAC ballot will come from survey@icann.org
