That's helpful, but the questions are:

1. Was this item ever on the NARALO monthly meeting agenda?
2. Was it discussed?
3. If so, when? 
4. If not, why not?

I think it was tabled multiple times.

I'm not sure if you can, legally, call a shareholder's meeting with 5 minutes warning. What do the bylaws say about notice?
