Dear All:

I'm happy to provide you with the new ALS Application Interpretation Guidelines, agreed by the ALAC in San Juan and incorporating the comments of the Office of the General Counsel.

These should make it much more straightforward to analyse applications - and we shall shortly have new Due Dilligence forms, conforming to the new guidelines, as well as new ALS Application Forms for the same reason.

There is also a new process however that is still under review with the Office of the GC - that new process shouldn't change the due dilligence process but will make the entire evaluation process a much more 'bottom up' process than was previously the case; I'll fill you all in on these details as soon as the GC review is completed.
