Hello Glenn, Thank you for sharing this article. However, it will be the decision to attend or not IGF. It is a significant and clear report about what Saudi Arabia has done in terms of speech repression. It is a shameful enforcement against people who use the internet to raise a flag for important issues. Of course, those who plan to go must respect those people's laws and cultural traditions and try to avoid unnecessary confrontations or expositions. I plan to go; however, if I don't go, it is because of other reasons that eventually conflict with the IGF schedule.
