Note that a goal of the workshop is to provide tools "to have efficient interactions managing language interactions between people from different geographical regions, especially with Latin America and Caribbean people." Perhaps one suggestion is not to schedule interactions at LAC-unfriendly times (or maybe the idea was to talk about "Latin America and Caribbean people" without actually talking to LAC people).
